   • Friedrich Karl von Tettenborn, 1743-1820, married Friederika Elisabeth von Wurmb, 1754-1814, and they had one child.
     • Heinrich Karl von Tettenborn, 1791-1858, married Amalie von Zscheplitz and they had one child.
       • Adelheid Bernardine von Tettenborn, 1827-1878, married Wallrath Rudolf von Biela and they had one child.
4. Dorothea Charlotte Christine von Tettenborn was b. 27 August 1717 in Groß-Wechsungen, Germany, and d. 23 September 1801 in Tettenborn, Osterode am Harz, Niedersachsen, Germany.
5. Carl Georg Otto von Tettenborn was b. 1 March 1720 in Groß-Wechsungen, Germany, and d. 1766. He married Magdalene Friederike Gottliebe von Haupt. She was b. 19 May 1741, and d. 30 January 1816. They had two children.

   • Henriette Charlotte Juliane von Tettenborn, about 1761-1772.
6. Friederike Magdalene von Tettenborn, b. about 1722, d. unknown, married Otto Wilhelm von Berckefeldt who has yet to be identified as to his connection.
